The S25FL256SDSMFBG13 is a 256 Mb SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad data lines, plus DDR read commands for up to 80 MBps (Quad DDR, 80 MHz). Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers hybrid or uniform sector options, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention.
