It supports single, dual, and quad I/O including DDR modes, with up to 80 MBps read speeds. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V and qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C), it offers robust data protection and 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum.
