The S25FS256SAGMFI001 is a 256 Mbit (32 MB) NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad data lines, plus DDR read commands for up to 80 MBps data rates. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V and qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (–40°C to +125°C), it features flexible sector options, advanced security, and 20-year data retention for automotive and embedded use.
