Built on 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, it features flexible sector architecture (256 KB and 4 KB), ECC, CRC, SafeBoot, and advanced sector protection. ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliant and AEC-Q100 qualified, it delivers up to 2,560,000 program-erase cycles and 25 years data retention.
