The S25FL256SAGMFB010 is a 256 Mb automotive SPI flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports Single, Dual, Quad, and DDR SPI Multi-I/O modes up to 80 MBps read speed. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 20-year data retention and 100,000 cycle endurance. Security features include OTP and block protection. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified, it operates from -40°C to +125°C for code shadowing and storage.
