The S25FL256SAGMFB003 is a 256 Mb automotive-grade SPI flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR modes up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it covers -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1). Features include hybrid and uniform sector options, 100,000 cycle endurance, and 20-year data retention.
