The S25FL256SAGBHVC03 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI Multi-I/O, with SDR up to 133 MHz and DDR up to 80 MHz. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V (core) and 1.65 V to 3.6 V (I/O), it offers hybrid sector architecture, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (–40°C to +105°C).
