The S25FL256SAGBHVA03 is a 256 Mb automotive-grade SPI flash memory, using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports single, dual, quad, and DDR SPI Multi-I/O modes, up to 133 MHz clock and 80 MBps DDR quad read speeds. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it delivers 20-year data retention, 100,000 cycle endurance, and advanced security including OTP and sector protection.
