The S25FL256SAGBHMC10 is a 256 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad I/O, plus DDR read modes, achieving up to 80 MBps quad DDR read rates. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified for automotive use (-40°C to +125°C). Key features include hybrid and uniform sector erase, 100,000 cycle endurance, and advanced sector protection.
