The S25FL128SDSMFN001 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory with MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. Operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O voltage, it supports up to 80 MBps read rates (Quad DDR) and industrial or automotive temperature ranges to 125°C.
