The S25FL128SDSMFBG13 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports Single, Dual, and Quad I/O SPI, including DDR up to 80 MHz, with read rates up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 100,000 cycle endurance, 20-year data retention, and advanced sector protection. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (–40°C to +125°C).
