The S25FL128SDSMFBG10 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It delivers up to 52 MBps read rates (Quad, 104 MHz) and DDR up to 80 MBps, with a 2.7 V to 3.6 V core supply and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply. Supporting automotive AEC-Q100 grades, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year data retention, advanced sector protection, and ECC. Ideal for embedded code shadowing, XIP, and data storage.
