The S25FL128SDSMFB001 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) flash memory device with MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR modes, offering up to 80 MBps read rates and 1.5 MBps page programming. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it delivers 100,000 program-erase cycles per sector and 20-year data retention.
