The S25FL128SDSBHI213 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It achieves up to 80 MBps read speed (Quad DDR, 80 MHz) and 1.5 MBps page programming. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers AEC-Q100 automotive grades with temperature ranges from -40°C to 125°C. Advanced sector protection, AutoBoot, and 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum ensure reliability for secure storage.
