The S25FL128SDPNFI000 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core voltage and supports I/O voltages from 1.65 V to 3.6 V. Maximum read rates reach 80 MBps in Quad DDR mode, with page programming up to 1.5 MBps and endurance of 100,000 cycles. AEC-Q100 automotive qualification and advanced sector protection make it ideal for code shadowing, XIP, and embedded storage.
