The S25FS256SAGBHI203 is a 256 Mbit (32 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes, DDR operation up to 133 MHz (SDR) and 80 MHz (DDR), and read speeds up to 80 MBps. With a 1.7 V to 2.0 V supply and AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (–40°C to +105°C) qualification, it is ideal for automotive and embedded applications requiring high reliability.
