The S25FS256SAGBHI200 is a 256 Mbit (32 MB) automotive-grade serial NOR flash memory, based on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad interfaces, including DDR read commands, achieving up to 80 MBps read speeds. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 requirements and offers hybrid and uniform sector options, a 512-byte page buffer, advanced sector protection, and 20-year data retention.
