The S25FS128SDSNFI103 is a 128 Mbit (16 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it supports single, dual, and quad SPI I/O, DDR read commands, and up to 80 MBps read rates. With a 256/512-byte program buffer, hybrid and uniform sector options, and AEC-Q100 qualification, it is ideal for automotive and embedded code storage, XIP, and data logging.
