The S25FS128SDSBHV203 is a 128 Mbit automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory with 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad data lines, plus DDR operation up to 80 MHz for read rates up to 80 MBps. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it offers flexible sector architectures and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification for -40°C to +125°C. Designed for embedded automotive systems.
