The S25FS128SDSBHI203 is a 128 Mbit automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR modes, up to 80 MBps read rates and 133 MHz clock speeds. Operating at 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it offers hybrid and uniform sector options, 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum, and 20-year data retention.
