The S25FS128SDSBHI200 is a 128 Mbit (16 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR Flash built on 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it supports industrial and automotive grades up to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1). Maximum read rates reach 66 MBps in Quad mode and 80 MBps in DDR Quad I/O mode. Features include hybrid and uniform sector options, extended addressing, automatic ECC, advanced sector protection, and 20-year data retention.
