The S25FS128SAGNFV100 is a 128 Mbit (16 MB) serial NOR flash memory with high-speed SPI Multi-I/O, supporting single, dual, quad I/O and DDR read up to 80 MBps. Built on 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, it operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, supports 512-byte page programming, and offers hybrid or uniform sector options. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (–40°C to +105°C), it is ideal for automotive and industrial code storage, XIP, and data logging applications.
