The S25FL256SAGBHIC03 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade SPI flash memory based on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Eclipse architecture. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core supply and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, offers hybrid 4-KB/64-KB or uniform 256-KB sector options, up to 80 MBps read rates (Quad DDR), 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification and advanced sector protection make it ideal for secure automotive code shadowing.
