The S25FL256SAGBHIB03 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR Flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad data lines up to 133 MHz, and Enhanced High Performance Latency Code. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V (core) and 1.65 V to 3.6 V (I/O), it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year data retention, and advanced sector protection.
