The S25FL256SAGBHIA00 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade serial NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports SPI Multi-I/O up to 133 MHz, DDR read to 80 MHz, flexible hybrid or uniform sectoring, and a 512-byte programming buffer. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) in a halogen-free, Pb-free 24-ball BGA package.
