The S25FL256SAGBHI213 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad I/O SPI, including DDR, with read speeds up to 80 MBps and page programming up to 1.5 MBps.
