The S26KS256SDPBHB020 is a 256 Mb HYPERFLASH™ memory with HYPERBUS™ interface, supporting 166 MHz clock rate at 1.8 V and 333 MBps read throughput. It features uniform 256 KB sectors, ECC with 1-bit correction and 2-bit detection, CRC, and advanced protection. Operating from 1.7 V to 1.95 V or 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it meets industrial and automotive grades (AEC-Q100, -40°C to +125°C).
