The S25FL128LAGNFB010 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) flash memory for embedded and automotive systems. It uses 65-nm floating gate technology and supports SPI multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad modes, up to 66 MBps (133 MHz) read speeds. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it features sector/block and password protection, four 256-byte security regions, 100,000 program/erase cycles, and 20-year data retention. Compact packages and –40°C to +125°C rating make it ideal for secure storage.
