The S25FL128LAGNFA010 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) serial NOR flash memory using 65-nm floating gate technology and supporting SPI multi-I/O interfaces, including single, dual, quad, and QPI modes. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply across –40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 qualified). Maximum read speed is 66 MBps (Quad DDR), with a 256-byte page buffer and uniform 4 KB/32 KB/64 KB erase options. Security features and flexible protection make it ideal for code storage in embedded designs.
