The S25FL128LAGMFI013 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) FL-L family NOR flash memory with a 3.0 V single supply and SPI multi-I/O interface supporting single, dual, and quad data lines, plus DDR read. It achieves up to 66 MBps read (quad, 133 MHz), operates from -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1), and supports 100,000 program/erase cycles with 20-year data retention.
