The S26HL512TFPBHI013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ Flash memory with HYPERBUS™ interface, built on Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports 1.7 V to 2.0 V and 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, DDR operation up to 166 MHz, and read speeds up to 332 MBps. With 1,280,000 program-erase cycles, 25 years data retention, advanced ECC and CRC, and ISO26262 ASIL-B and AEC-Q100 qualification, it is ideal for automotive and industrial high-speed nonvolatile storage applications.
