The S25HL01GTFABHA033 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology for high endurance and retention. It supports Quad SPI with up to 102 MBps DDR and 83 MBps SDR read speeds, operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V across automotive and industrial temperature ranges (-40°C to +125°C), and is ISO26262 ASIL B compliant. ECC corrects single-bit errors and detects double-bit errors. Ideal for automotive ECUs, industrial controllers, and safety-critical systems.
