The S25HL01GTDPMHI013 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology for high endurance and data integrity. Supporting Quad SPI, Dual SPI, and standard SPI, it reaches up to 102 MBps in DDR mode. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1), it features ECC for single-bit error correction and double-bit error detection, advanced sector protection, SafeBoot, and AutoBoot. Endurance is 2,560,000 cycles, retention is 25 years.
