The S25HL01GTDPMHA010 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology for high reliability. It supports Quad SPI (up to 83 MBps SDR, 102 MBps DDR), Dual SPI, and standard SPI protocols. ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliant and ASIL-D ready, it offers up to 2,560,000 program-erase cycles and 25 years data retention. Integrated ECC, CRC, SafeBoot, and advanced sector protection enhance safety and data integrity for automotive and industrial uses.
