The S25HL01GTDPBHI030 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, supporting Quad SPI operation at 2.7 V to 3.6 V. It features up to 102 MBps DDR read rates, robust ECC for single-bit error correction and double-bit error detection, and ISO 26262 ASIL D ready functional safety. Endurance Flex architecture enables 2,560,000 program-erase cycles for high-endurance partitions and 25-year data retention.
