The S25FL256SDPMFIG10 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI NOR flash memory based on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Eclipse architecture, supporting single, dual, and quad I/O as well as DDR modes for high-speed operation. Operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it achieves up to 80 MBps read speed (Quad DDR, 80 MHz).
