The S25FL256SDPMFIG03 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) NOR flash memory using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR read, operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, and achieves up to 80 MBps Quad DDR read.
