The S25FL256SDPBHVC13 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. Supporting single, dual, and quad SPI plus DDR read up to 80 MBps, it operates at 2.7–3.6 V core and 1.65–3.6 V I/O. Hybrid sector architecture, OTP, and advanced sector protection enhance security. AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified for -40°C to +105°C, it suits code shadowing, XIP, and automotive storage.
