The S25FL256SDPBHVC10 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, quad, and DDR read modes, with up to 80 MBps DDR quad read. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers hybrid (4-KB/64-KB) or uniform 256-KB sectors, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention. AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications up to 105°C.
