The S25FL256SDPBHBC03 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI I/O, including DDR modes up to 80 MBps, with a 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply. Advanced sector protection, 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year retention, and AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualification enable reliable code storage, XIP, and automotive use.
