The S25FL256SAGNFV000 is a 256 Mb SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O (single, dual, quad), clock rates up to 133 MHz, and read speeds up to 52 MBps (SDR) or 80 MBps (DDR). With 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year retention, and advanced security. AEC-Q100 qualified, it is ideal for automotive and embedded uses.
