The S25FL256SAGBHA203 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory based on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture, supporting AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (-40°C to +105°C). It features SPI Multi-I/O (x1, x2, x4) with DDR, up to 133 MHz clock, Quad DDR read rates to 80 MBps, hybrid 4-KB/64-KB or uniform 256-KB sectors, 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year data retention, advanced sector protection, and integrated ECC for data integrity.
