The S25FL256LDPNFI013 is a 256 Mb (32 MB), 3.0 V SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm floating gate technology. It supports single, dual, and quad I/O, QPI, and DDR read modes up to 133 MHz (SDR) and 66 MHz (DDR). Features include a 256-byte page buffer, uniform 4 KB sector erase, advanced security with four 256-byte regions, and password locking.
