The S25FL256LDPMFV000 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm floating gate technology, operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V with up to 133 MHz SDR or 66 MHz DDR clock. It supports single, dual, and quad I/O, QPI, and DDR read, with maximum read throughput of 66 MBps. Features include flexible erase options, 256-byte page programming, 100,000 program/erase cycles, four 256-byte security regions, advanced protection, and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification.
