The S25FL128SDPBHI210 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory with MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it supports industrial and automotive grades up to 125°C. Maximum read rates reach 80 MBps (Quad DDR), with 100,000 cycles and 20-year retention. Integrated 1024-byte OTP and automatic ECC ensure robust security and data integrity for embedded and automotive use.
