The S25FL128SDPBHBC03 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes, including DDR up to 80 MHz and 80 MBps read speed. With 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year retention. AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified, it features advanced sector protection and OTP security for automotive code storage.
