The S25FL128SAGNFV000 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI Multi-I/O, up to 133 MHz clock, and DDR read commands. Operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year data retention. AEC-Q100 automotive grades enable use in code shadowing, XIP, and data storage for automotive and industrial applications.
