The S25FL128SAGNFI011 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes, including DDR read commands, with maximum read rates up to 52 MBps (Quad SDR) and 80 MBps (Quad DDR). Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles. Qualified for automotive and industrial use, it is ideal for embedded code storage.
