The S25FL128SAGMFVG00 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for high program and erase performance. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI as well as DDR operation, with read speeds up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 20-year data retention and 100,000 program-erase cycles. Automotive AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified, it is ideal for embedded and automotive code storage.
