The S25FL128SAGMFV010 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory device with MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes, including DDR commands, with maximum read rates up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it offers extended temperature ranges up to 125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1). With 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year data retention, it is ideal for embedded use.
